The kids and I love pizza. We used to order delivery, but now we've learned to make it ourselves. Lots of greens, less meat, mostly just chicken. We must have cream sauce, it tastes much better with it. Do you have a favorite pizza recipe?

What kind of oven do you use? I had a regular oven that only cooked the pizza from the bottom and left the toppings raw. So I thought about an open oven. I read this whole article mykitchenadvisor.com/portable-pizza-oven/ and chose the one I liked best. The oven is convenient, you can take it outdoors. And most importantly, the pizza turns out soft and juicy. |
