The baby corn recipe is pretty simple to prepare. I have prepared them quite often due to the varieties of food it can go with. Baby corn is healthy, spiced sparingly. The accompaniments can be roti or rice. The use can go perfectly in a sandwich or kathi rolls, however the vegetable will need to be cut. When making mine i like using capsium to give it flavor. The vegetables like carrots, peas or potatoes would work perfectly with the baby corn. If you want to add nutrition, the spinach or methi leaves would be great. I will advice you to use potatoes that is stored in a cold place, you can then boil them otherwise they will not cook well. Compared to regular corn people like them more cause they are healthier. Why would you choose baby corn over regular corn?

I've always taken carrots like this, especially to the kids at school, because they love how cute it looks. But I've only tried it once with baby corn, they grilled it and it was fun and tasty. Thanks for your link!
